Its so good

When traveling to Kaifeng by car, IU Hotel is the most reliable hotel! There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. It is very close to Daxiangguo Temple, Kaifeng Mansion, and Qingming Shanghe Garden. In time of the cold wave, the hot water in the room is hot enough. The Shanshan-Gan Guild Hall is opposite, and there are many snacks nearby.

The lady at the front desk has a super good service attitude, she is enthusiastic, thoughtful, beautiful, and patient. The transportation is convenient, clean and tidy, and the room is large and clean!

The hotel staff was very enthusiastic, introduced many attractions, and recommended Kaifeng special snacks. I even called to let me know if I forgot my clothes at the hotel. The service was great!

The hotel has free parking, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. I slept very well. There are many snacks, night markets, shopping malls, and attractions nearby. It's super convenient!

The room is clean and hygienic, and many items are disposable, which is very reassuring. There are many snacks around, and the front desk is very considerate in introducing attractions.

The sanitary environment is worrisome. There was an unknown object on the bed. There was no staff on duty to communicate with the front desk to change the sheets. I changed them several times but the effect was the same [unidentified red object]. Later I asked to change rooms but there were no twin beds. We are three people and we can't all stay there. I said it would be a big bed for two of us. After coordination, he called me and said it was okay. Just one second before hanging up, he called me again and said no. I asked him, did you forget what you said earlier? The attitude of the front desk was very **. He said that they couldn't change the guests now. I said, didn't you promise me a second ago? After communication, the front desk thought that I was making trouble unreasonably. He meant that I was taking advantage of them. First: The hotel promised to be good guests. The second thing I didn’t do well was: the flyers were changed many times. I couldn’t find a clean flyer throughout the hotel. The environment and service were terrible. It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The most important thing was that everyone had hair on the bed.

I told the hotel front desk that I wanted a quiet room, and they immediately arranged to view the room and select a room. The service was excellent. Traveling is also very convenient. Turn right when you go out, and you will reach the Pedestrian Street and Drum Tower Square in a few minutes. If you turn left when you go out, any scenic spots you want to go to are not far away. It is only a few stops away. My friend is very satisfied and has recommended it to other friends.

As soon as I entered the room, there was a smell of sewerage. It kept smelling bad. Then I couldn't bear it anymore and I changed the room. The towels were broken and I was still using them. I took it.

I came across a hotel in Kaifeng that was a surprise. The house near the stairs was so eerie and scary. I told them that I would not be refunded if I wanted to check out. When I checked in, I found that the air conditioner was broken. Many people came to fix it. After the repair, I was told that the temperature was like this. , the whole hotel is at this temperature, please, is it the cool breeze that blew out before the repair? It is still cool after the repair. The clerk felt it and said wait a minute. When I checked in, I felt the hot air in the lobby. It was obvious that the hotel did not want to deal with it. I stayed there for a long time. It was really annoying at night. The hygiene of the hotel is very poor. When you take a shower and open the floor towel, it looks like this. I don’t recommend staying here. As a foreigner, this is a hotel that I really dislike.
