It's a bit downhill from the bus stop so it's a bit exhausting if you have to drag your suitcase in the snow. It's very close to the ice festival though.
Service was exceptional. The staff was helpful and friendly, many staff knowing Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese and English were very helpful to international visitors. Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. The room was big and comfortable, the onsen bath was nice too.
