No care for paying customers , they wait for customers who are paying more to come. New guests aren't treated as equally. Till 8am . So they claim to be open 24/7 which isn't the case for rooms at the hotel. Where we have to wait till 7am to be shown a room to sleep in

I really loved almost everything about Zara Gardens Hotel and the food from the restaurants are amazing. Sometimes the Wifi signal drops momentarily so they need to make it more stable all over the property. Thanks to the whole staff for their excellent hospitality

the rooms were clean and neat. friendly customer care from the time you enter the hotel. the staff were good to me and they always helped me whoever I needed anything. the atmosphere is amazing filled with fresh air. I liked the hotel

The unforgettable time I had at Zara garden during my business workshop was memorable from the gate to the management, the staffs were very nice and welcoming. The boardroom is so cozy, the interiors and the furniture is very comfy. I will surely come back for not just business but for holidays. I highly recommend this hotel for not only business trips but also holidays
