Veey nice hotel, the stuff is outstanding. Leila and Bridget always give this warm welcome at the reception. Rose and Christine's service was on point. Daniel and Kevin are very calm, respectful fine young men who are so helpful. And of course, what can you expect when they under such a wonderful manager like Fiona. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I next visit Uganda

I had a wonderful experience! Awesome customer service, very friendly people, very very professional! The food was very good, delicious and presented really well! The facilities are top-notch. The gym, the swimming pool! All good stuff! But I was really impressed with the customer service, I can't stress their wonderful services enough!Looking forward to going back this time with my family and friends!

Had the best time with my loved one and the family. Best Ambience with lovely people around. Good parking and good security support there. A nice weekend with band music welcomes and takes away all the stress for the week.

Was there for my wife’s birthday, the staff were amazing and the room with beautiful. Plus the food and the swimming pool was clean. The lady at the front desk was so helpful though out my stay. Thank u La Grande for a beautiful stay will for sure come back 🙏
