環境&服務：外地人第一次住這個酒店，外觀非常氣派。我們住的是三人間，房間蠻大，安靜，看起來雖陳舊了點，但收拾得非常整潔，設備齊全，有浴缸，小冰箱，吹風機，電視機等。酒店周圍也有很多吃的店面，十分鐘以內路程也有大型超市。酒店服務人員態度良好。
食物：我們這次有包三人份的早餐，早餐時間是七點到十點左右。在酒店最底樓，就餐空間位置很多。早餐準備的食物種類非常多，除了本地風味，中西式都有，如nasi lemak，烤麪包，粥，水果，蔬菜沙拉，炒麪，炸物，包點等，飲料有咖啡和茶，都是自助式的，服務人員會及時補上被拿完的，食物味道也都不錯。
另外，酒店最底樓也有間中餐廳，MINES RESTAURANT，是叫菜吃的，適合團體就餐。配套的價格有包括菜，湯，和飯，整體的價格非常實惠，如圖叫的外加三杯茶，總共是rm65！上菜速度很快，食物味道也不錯，這間也推薦哦!
整體來説體驗感非常好，入住和退宿的手續也很簡單快速。五星推薦！
