The interior was very nice and clean. The washroom and bathroom gave the impression of a high-class hotel.

This hotel has a sophisticated Japanese modern atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed the high-quality breakfast that is typical of Kanazawa. It is close to the station and convenient for sightseeing. I would like to use it again.

It seems they didn't even consider my request in advance, and they arranged a room with a frosted glass that I couldn't see outside, which was very hard. I thought about putting up with it, but because I have a tendency towards claustrophobia, I couldn't get rid of the suffocating and anxious feeling, so I asked them to change the room, but they said they couldn't change it because they couldn't arrange for cleaning if the room was already in use, so I put up with it, but I could hardly sleep, and I regretted choosing a different hotel. It seemed like they had a room, but to be honest, I felt that it was not a customer-oriented answer to say that they couldn't change it because they couldn't arrange for cleaning if the room was already in use. I felt that it was unprofessional that they ignored my request in advance, tried to use it despite my patience, and didn't try to be considerate of the customer, such as why they were so particular about being able to see the outside view. I stayed for two nights, and if they had changed the room from the first night, I would have felt differently, but if I had to put up with it that much and spend the first night, I would have wanted them to change the room immediately, rather than making me stay with a sense of anxiety and distrust, rather than worrying about cleaning or anything like that. On the second night, we were given a room with a view outside, but it was so humid that I thought the bed was wet, and sure enough, there were bugs.
