Konumu iyi olduğu için fiyat fayda dengesi tartışılabilir. Deniz amaçlamıyorsanız pahalı, deniz odaklıysanız uygun. Otel iyi ancak hizmet zayıf. Cimri otel denebilir, diğer açıdan kaynakları israf etmeden kullanıyor da denebilir:) Yemek ve kahvaltısı bana yeterli ancak farklı beklentileri karşılayamayabilir. Temizdi. Huzurum bozulmadan, sorunsuz konakladım, ancak yeniden gitmemi gerektirecek çekiciliği de yok.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Privatstrand. Auch das Essen war sehr gut. Personal immer parat und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist an einem Hang und weniger für Menschen mit körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen geeignet. Zur City etwas zu weit zu laufen, es kommen aber immer Busse ( eine Tour 50 Kurusch).

The rooms are comfortable and the beach is nice and good location. They do need to update all furniture by the beach and pool. The buffets are very basic and there needs to be more variety. No entertainment apart from on Wednesdays, they need some.

Kibrista unlu Niazi Restaurant’tan asina oldugumuz Niyazi Bey’in sahibi oldugu yarim pansiyon konseptli eski ve bakimsiz bir otel. Kahvaltinin 7:00’da baslayip 10:00’da sonlanmasi eger geceyi gec sonlandirip sabah uyumak istiyorsaniz kahvaltiyi kacirmaniza neden olabilir. Aksam yemekleri de 19:30-21:30 arasinda. Eger 20-21:00 arasi yemege inerseniz yemeklerin bitme ihtimaliyle de karsilasabilirsiniz. Ayrica aksam yemeklerinde alacaginiz su dahil tum icecekler ucretli. Hic degilse su ikram edilebilirdi. Su zaten otel icerisinde de ucretli ve Euro cinsinden satis yapiliyor. Aksam yemeklerinde tuz sorunu ve herseye bulyon konulmasi, pilavin bile margarinle yapilmasi bizi cok rahatsiz etti. Cikan mezeler idare eder ama cesitler hep ayni ve tuz konusunda cok tutarsiz. Sabah kahvaltisi ise oldukca vasat. 3 cesit peynir, zeytin, yumurta ve pancake’ten olusan basit bir kahvalti mevcut. Sucuk, tost, pisi ya da en azindan sigara boregi filan bekliyorsaniz hic beklemeyin. Otel bakimsiz, personel cogu zaman ilgisiz ve bilgisiz. Denizi fena degil. Bir kez daha gelir miyim. Asla…Keske restaurantlarina gosterdikleri ilginin 10da 1ini otellerine gostermis olsalardi.

Oda kahvaltı imkanı sunan bir fiyat performans oteli. Manzarası çok güzel. Açık havuzu ve kum sahili mevcut. 1 veya 2 gece konaklamıştık, sonrasında güneye inmiştik. Kuzey olduğundan bir tık deniz dalgalı olabiliyor. O sebeple güney Gazimağusa tercih edilebilir. Ama otel ***et kalınası bir otel.

Das Gelände ist am Hang gelegen und relativ weitläufig. Für Gehbehinderte evtl. etwas schwierig. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und unser Bad recht modern eingerichtet. Wir haben von Mitreisenden erfahren dass es unterschiedliche Ausstattungen gibt. Wir hatten Teppichboden, in anderen Zimmern war Laminat verlegt. Die Betten waren relativ hart aber dennoch bequem. Im Trakt 2 gab es auch Balkone, Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Täglich gab es Buffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Qualität vom Essen war zufrieden stellend. Der Kaffee ist relativ dünn. Wer es stärker mag sollte einen Kaffee an der Bar bestellen gegen Extrakosten. Wir hatten Halbpension d.h. Getränke kosten extra. Wobei die Preise recht human sind. Pool ist recht groß und sauber. Der Strand liegt in einer ruhigen Bucht und der Sand ist sehr fein. Es geht sehr flach rein was für Kinder optimal ist. Fazit: Grundsätzlich zu empfehlen, Lage top, es Kommen auch Einheimische zum Baden. Am Strand und am Pool gibt es Essen und Trinken.

We have stayed at, this hotel , several times over the past five year's. It is very comfortable, and has well tended grounds .The Denizkizi private beach is amazing , there are always plenty of sun beds. the hotel food is good no matter where you eat . room service pool side or the beach bar / restaurant

Very outdated , old and unserviced. Needs a facelift but the scenery, beach is all to die for. Breakfast was ok .The were courteous and kind . Mini bar overpriced. Can use this hotel as base when you go to Cyprus
