房間整體佈局正常，前台接待服務態度友好，環境也可以，接近古城區。
主要是衞生打掃的不乾淨，晚上到的酒店，進了房間就感覺很冷，沒有暖氣，地暖也沒有，空調温度也升不上去，一晚上21度左右。
睡覺的枕頭一角一團不明血漬，床頭的抽屜裏面還有其他顧客的遺留物品，還是用過的。
堅持了一晚上，在早上洗漱的時候，打開刮鬍刀就是下圖的樣子，非常的引人不適。
