Hotel Riu Jambo - All Inclusive Reviews

We enjoyed our stay at Rui Jambo it is a 4 star hotel and lives up to it. There’s lots of activities and the food is very good with lots of options. The reservations were fully booked for the other restaurants which was annoying but the staff did call us when a reservation was cancelled so we got to have dinner on the water.

It was a wonderful experience. Every employee is so kind and we are lucky to meet the restaurant manager 'Randy'. He's really professional and provided excellent service. We are thank you so much to him and really hope to visit there again.

This hotel was a very enjoyable stay! I first must mention the food! Almost all of the food I had was incredible, very good food , and the selection was very impressive. Secondly, the beach is amazing, when the water is clear it is truly a marvel. The hotel is quite large and busy if you enjoy a more secluded stay this is not the place for you , that being said I still found my time here incredibly enjoyable. All staff were kind and talkative, the resort as a whole was very clean, and there is a grocery style super market with a good selection for extra drinks and snacks a five minute walk from the hotel entrance.

The hotel was in a good location, 10mins from sea turtles! The staff were lovely and very polite. The room for the most part was cleaned, however they did forget to clean the room and after a reminder on the Riu APP they came and cleaned it whilst we were at dinner. There is food in abundance .at the designated restaurant in the resort. However, when we arrived (around 10pm) from the airport we had no food options on arrival as the hotel does not offer room service and we had to wait until morning for a proper meal. The Spa was amazing! The beach was great. The entertainment was really good too

The sea view is beautiful and the service is great. It's worth the price. The main buffet restaurant has a lot of varieties, but the taste is very average. The two western restaurants need to be booked at least 3 days in advance, and we basically missed it as we only stayed for two nights. We did make an appointment for the other Chinese restaurant, but it was worse than the main buffet. Picture 4 shows some of the food in the Chinese restaurant, which is tasteless. The advantage is that it is fresh and I didn't have diarrhea during the whole trip.

Excellent hotel, friendly service, good beach with low tides. Excellent meat and fish dishes in the restaurant. Weak cocktails.

Luxurious hotel with a gorgeous beach. Very tasty food and drinks, wonderful restaurants, wonderful service, the staff tries their best to please. The most pleasant experience! I want to come back! I recommend to everyone!

All very good, 3 restaurants, but it's too lonely to live alone, the location is relatively quiet, not in the downtown area

There were clean rooms. Air conditioning was also nice. There were no mosquitoes.
