Although the room is small but clean, I am generally satisfied with it. However, the smell of cigarettes in the room is too strong. I negotiated with the front desk, but because the room was full, I could not change rooms and had to give up.

The rooms are decorated like a typical business hotel. There is a Japanese restaurant next to the lobby on the first floor. It is a little pricey. Breakfast is an extra 1000 yen. It is close to the station and is fine if you just want to sleep.

It's only a few minutes' walk from the railway, not too far. The facilities are relatively old. Although the breakfast is not big, it's better to have a private room for dining. The hotel price is quite reasonable.

The rooms are small, but the price is cheap, so I think it's okay. The location is also good as it is close to Kawagoe Station. The best part is that all the employees are very friendly. I've traveled a lot here and there, but I've never seen a place as friendly as this. thank you

There are many shops nearby and the transportation is very convenient, so I had a comfortable stay. I would like to use it again when I go to Kawagoe.

We had breakfast at the hotel (I forgot the name) and it was delicious and had a nice atmosphere.

It was convenient because it was close to the station, but it was difficult to walk far to downtown Kawagoe.

The breakfast was delicious. It was nice to be able to stay for a short stay at a reasonable price. The amenities were also very good.

They upgraded our room and were very kind to us. They also arranged for a taxi and gave us directions, which was very helpful. The staff were all very helpful.

I stayed here on the last Sunday of July, when the hottest part of the summer was, the Kawagoe Lantern Festival. The location was great, and I was able to return to the hotel smoothly after watching the festival. The front desk was very kind and smooth, and the room was clean, air-conditioned, and very comfortable. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
