Lovely food on both evening and breakfast buffet, beautiful view from the room

The hotel was nice, conveniently located near the beach and not far from the bus station. The service was great. However, I would deduct 1 point for the room because the walls were too thin, and we could hear our neighbors.

Fantastic location, not too close to centre of town but close enough for a good walk. Great decor at reception and restaurant downstairs . Downfall is the rooms definitely need updating. Patched over nicely but falling apart.

Great location for overnight stay. Breakfast was excellent. Lina was lovely on reception.

Top location Luxury hotel Staff not very helpful

The hotel has a good location. Not far from the airport and city center. The room has everything you need: slippers, bathrobes, soap accessories, safe, capsules for making coffee, tea. I liked the breakfasts. The staff is friendly.

The room is small and old, but the location and front desk service are great!

The hotel is not central to Corfu Town but you can get there in 20 minutes on foot. the hotel does not have its own beach but right in front of the hotel there is a descent to the sea where you can swim but it is not a real beach. A 3-minute walk away is the mon repose beach (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella 28 euros) it is a quiet beach equipped with bathroom, showers and bar. The hotel has very nice common areas but the rooms are tiny and badly maintained, we booked for 10 days and the room was so small that we didn't have room for our suitcases, I asked for a bigger room but they replied that they were all the same, I pointed out that they were completely different from the rooms advertised on the site and they replied that those were old photos. The non-existent cleaning, in 10 days they never swept or mopped the floor in the room, often even the bathroom was dirty after the daily cleaning. They often forgot to leave us shampoo and shower gel and towels on the last day so I had to call and ask to bring what was missing. In short, a constant stress. The curtains and bedspread were dirty and stained. Hygiene was also very poor, in the breakfast room pigeons were flying over the buffet and when I pointed out that it was a hygiene problem I was told that it was a problem they were trying to solve but hadn't managed to solve yet, to apologize that day they gave us free cappuccinos that we had ordered for breakfast and a bottle of wine in the room (cappuccinos and espresso coffee are considered extras and cost 3.80 euros ... per day ...) Given my complaints about poor services, non-existent cleaning and non-existent hygiene, they offered us a 15-minute foot massage at the hotel spa, a pity that they offered us this salty gift in the evening and on Monday we had to leave and for Sunday there were no seats… in short, a fool's errand! Upon arrival they did not offer us welcome champagne as they did with other guests. Luckily I speak English because no one speaks Italian (only one guy speaks Italian and he usually works the night shift and is very kind and helpful). The hotel does not have private parking but it is quite easy to park in the immediate vicinity. Overall the hotel is beautiful and in an excellent position and has all the credentials to be a truly 4-star hotel but they should be more respectful and attentive to the customer and improve hygiene and cleanliness

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Had a lovely few days and the location was perfect. So many restaurants and the sea just across the road. There’s also a good bus route right outside and town is only 15/20mins walk. Really enjoyed breakfast. Wished we stayed longer to fully take advantage of the spa treatments.

What an amazing hotel, incredible location and fantastic food. The staff were all so helpful especially Mr Kostas, Efi , Alexandra and of course the super efficient Sonej (the lady from Serbia) this hotel works well, an efficient machine and a great place to relax

Delicious food. Something different every day. Locally produced wine was a treat. Pleasant helpful staff especially in the restaurant. Surprised there were no tourist maps or information leaflets available at Reception. Didn’t mind the shower even if it was above the bath as it worked perfectly. Clean towels and rooms cleaned to perfection. Enjoyed watching the skies from our verandah and sitting outside the hotel just a few metres from the sea. Great place to stay!

Spent 5 lovely and relaxing nights at the hotel. Fantastic hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. The food was very good, lots to choose from for breakfast and evening dinner. We had a fourth floor room overlooking the stunning bay. Our room was very spacious and clean. It also had a balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Step inside this Palace of excellence in so many ways. Our stay was incredible from the start to..... A fantastic welcome at the Mon Repose Palace met by Daphne and Lina at reception. Yiannis, one of the team of excellent managers who remembered us from June 2023 our first stay at Mon Repose Palace. Excellent service and an atmosphere that kept us encapsulated. Our hotel room was clean and cleaned daily. Our balcony was at the side of the hotel but offered us a fabulous view of the stunning views of Garitsa Bay and the beautiful Ionian Sea. Breakfast and buffet dinner boasted a selection of the most delicious food on offer hot and cold. The biggest influence was the friendly and helpful team of staff that you could ever wish for. Sanja, Aris and Sophia who kept us hydrated at the bar! The waiting staff in the restaurant, Efi, Alexandra and Katryna but to mention a few, all were amazing and went over and above to make our stay one of the most memorable of all. A special shout out to Costas, the restaurant manager (our Joe)! a perfect gentleman! We highly recommend this hotel to make your own memories.
