1. The hotel front desk took the wrong package Because my best friend's phone broke during the trip, she bought an Apple phone online. When the delivery was not at the hotel, the rider called to inform us to put it at the front desk. When we returned to the hotel at 22:00 in the evening, the hotel front desk told us that the package was taken home by the front desk. We called the front desk on the spot, and she said she would bring it to us the next day. Because it was a valuable item, we asked her to send it back. Wouldn't you look at the name when you take the express delivery? After opening someone else's express delivery, you didn't send it back as soon as possible. After sending it back to us, you planned to leave. All the good mood was affected. 2. The sanitation was not cleaned when you continued your stay Because we stayed for two days, we thought the hotel sanitation would be cleaned, but we didn't expect that the hotel sanitation was not cleaned. The paper towels in the toilet were used up and no new ones were put. I was afraid that the aunt would throw the wrong garbage when cleaning. I also packed the breakfast takeaway and put it at the door without throwing it away. Doesn't it mean that I don't need to clean when I continue my stay? 3. The air conditioner is rubbish The air conditioner temperature is set to 28 degrees when entering the room. After an hour, there is only hot air from the bottom of the air conditioner. There is no temperature when sleeping on the bed. During the special period, I use three hot packs every night. I will never stay in this rubbish hotel again.
