Response from Property: Hello, dear customer. We are very sorry. We are not satisfied with your check-in. Please rest assured that the hotel is clean. All cleaning is carried out according to the management burden, and the bed sheets are disinfected and washed by a professional laundry company. After the work is finished, the manager will inspect and sell them. Since you checked in for 3 days, I think you will agree with this. The detailed cleanliness of the hotel is a little different from that of a comfortable hotel. The detailed cleaning work there is done once a week, but due to cost constraints, we clean the high places once or twice in the middle of the month. There may be dust in high places that cannot be reached. The tablecloths are disinfected and washed after each check-out, and if the remaining stains cannot be removed, we will replace them ourselves. We will immediately inform the management department about the tablecloth problem you raised and replace it. Thank you.
