My experience was really nice. The staff here is very generous and hospitable. The hotel definitely fulfills many of the pre requisites of a 5 star hotel in terms of comfort, ambience, facilities. The only place to improve would be food: The dishes in the A la carte menu were excellent in terms of quality and flavour, however I was left wanting for more when it came to the Breakfast and night buffet. The buffet needs more variety and the live station counter should offer more options. Moreover, taste is also an area of improvement in the buffet: the dishes are okay, but one doesn't want just okay, one wants great. And I would like to see more vegetarian options in the hotel menu. Also just a suggestion from my side which I think will really amp up the experience: the hotel only offers a handful of channels to watch on cable TV that is installed in the rooms. Perhaps the hotel can offer subscriptions of Netflix or Prime Video alongwith the room stay package, as these are more contemporary streaming platforms and much more in usage than cable TV. But in conclusion, I genuinely enjoyed my stay here.

The stay at the hotel was pleasant, with its beautiful ambiance and serene surroundings. The property is thoughtfully designed with lush greenery and the presence of birds, adding to its charm. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, though the quantity of vegetables served could be slightly more. We faced a minor issue with hot water, but it was promptly resolved by the proactive maintenance team, reflecting the efficiency and responsiveness of the entire staff. However, there was a small oversight. I had paid an additional ₹1500 for the third family member’s mattress and breakfast, but it was not properly recorded. This led to an awkward moment during breakfast when my brother was asked to contact reception, which made him a bit uncomfortable. Such matters should be handled more diligently to avoid inconvenience to guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would recommend the hotel for its ambiance, comfort, and service.

The hotel has a very classy feeling. Its built majestic. The staff is extremely well behaved and fast as well. The bathrooms are good as well but the space can be improved. It gives palace vibes. Theres a well equipped gym in it with spa. All in all 10/10 experience.
