We arrived at 10am and were allowed to check in right away. The building is certainly old, but the style of this traditional Thai hotel is wonderful. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn't very clean. It was a very nice hotel with a sauna, hot water jacuzzi, and more. You can get to the Central Department Store from the 3 yellow dots right in front of you for 10 baht per person. However, the number of buses varies, so sometimes they come and sometimes they don't. If you use the Bolt, you can get there for about 65 baht, so if you're in a hurry, the Bolt is probably the better option. Overall, this is a recommended hotel.
