1. เราเข้าเช็คอินช่วงประมาณ 4 โมงเย็น จองห้องเตียงเดี่ยว 3 เตียง พนักงานต้อนรับแจ้งห้องเราเรียบร้อยแต่เมื่อไปถึงพบว่ามีซองมาม่า แว่นตาและกระเป๋าวางทิ้งไว้ เราจึงแจ้งพนักงานแล้วลงไปนั่งรอด้านล่าง
2. เรานั่งรอประมาณ15-20 นาทีก็ยังไม่มีพนักงานมาอัพเดตเรื่องห้อง จนเราต้องเดินไปถามเอง แล้วพนักงานก็แจ้งว่าห้องเรียบร้อยตั้งนานแล้ว
