It is very clean budget hotel. Quiet room , good bed and great shower water pressure. Enjoyed my stay before boarding my ferry. Thank you to the owner for being there to help. Prompt check in, nice staff. All you can ask for really.

Första intrycket ville jag vända i dörren.. frukost gick vi till ett annat hotell och åt. Det kostade 275:- för en person..litet rum..

Mattorna i trappan är i behov av grundlig rengöring. Dörren till rummet hade en stor springa varför ljudet från korridoren störde.
Hotellet saknar hiss.

Dette er et overnattingssted, ikke et hotell. Rommet var rent, sengene var gode, men det var bare en stol på rommet. Rommet var trangt. Frokosten vi hadde bestilt var ikke der, han som administrerte hotellet påsto at vi ikke hadde bestilt frokost. Han snakket dårlig engelsk/kinesisk, og forsto ikke et ord norsk. Toalettet virket litt sånn tja-tja, måtte lirke for å få det til å virke. Knivene på kjøkkenet var utrolig sløve, og kjeler/panner var ikke helt topp. Dette stedet egner seg kun for en enkel overnatting, ikke i 3 netter som vi hadde bestilt. Gjestetoalettet i 1.etasje manglet toalettring, der måtte man sitte rett på toalettemaljen. Vi følte at at var på halv tolv. Det beste var gode senger, så vi sov godt.

For å sove en natt er hotellet OK
Det var ikke noe spiselig å få/kjøpe verken kveld eller morgen. Det var ingen person i resepsjonen på kveld eller natt. Det virket noe skummelt når inngangsdøra ikke var låst. Jeg skal ikke overnatte der en gang til.

The property is clean and functional and the beds comfortable.
Nothing to do with the Hotel but when you plan to stay in Kirkenes make sure there is not a music festival. The noise outside goes on until the early hours of the morning. We were on an early flight out and got very little sleep. The other guests were very noisy as well. There is also pub/club next door with people making a fair amount of noise on the street.
