Overall I am satisfied because cleanliness is my top priority although I think it is overpriced for room with no window @RM90+.

I stayed one night at Kluang Hotel Riverside and found it to be a comfortable choice for the price. The bed was very cozy, even though the room didn’t have a window. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, which made check-in and check-out a breeze.
However, there were a couple of downsides. The water heater didn’t work well, and the lack of soundproofing meant I could hear music from a neighboring room. Despite these minor issues, it was an overall okay stay and good value for the budget.
