Received good service from the staff. Maya and Prince did a great job servicing our room. Hotel very clean. Plants very healthy. Swimming pool ver clean. Retro Bar was good atmosphere with good staff Front counter staff were very helpful and attentive

Excellent location for shopping and visiting our dentist. Housekeeper (Maya/Prince) did a great job keeping our room clean & tidy (loved the towel pig with my sunglasses on). Hotel has a roof top pool, with food & drinks in the evening. Bar on first floor had delicious food (starters), which was our dinner on one night. Front of house reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Although the property was on the side of a busy road junction, once you are inside the property you are in a different world. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We had the opportunity to try only their buffet breakfast, and it was good.

We were on KTM trip for two days Excellent staff even from reception to housekeeping to Restaurant. The female staff at the restaurant was excellent. Well maintained rooms. Room amenities were good. Food was excellent. The security at the entrance with the smile face. Thank you for the service,
