I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel in Koh Kood. We chose your establishment to celebrate a special occasion—a birthday—and booked a family room for this purpose. Upon our arrival, we were initially informed that we could use the swimming pool, which was a delightful prospect for our celebration. However, after just two hours, we were abruptly told that we could no longer use the pool. When we inquired about the reason for this sudden change, no clear explanation was provided. Instead, we were met with a very rude response and were told that we could check out if we wanted. Adding to our frustration, there was heavy maintenance work being conducted during our stay. We were not informed about this at the time of booking, and it significantly affected our experience. The noise and inconvenience were extremely annoying and far from what we expected for a relaxing birthday celebration. This response and the lack of communication about the maintenance work were extremely disheartening. We had high expectations for your hospitality, given the beautiful location of Koh Kood, but the treatment we received was far from what we anticipated. It was harsh and uncalled for, leaving a sour taste from what was supposed to be a joyous celebration. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I believe it is important for you to know about the experiences of your guests. I hope that no other guests have to face such treatment in the future.
