We stayed in a deluxe (villa) in the lower pool area. The room is very large, the roof in the bathroom is slightly open - not a very good idea - mosquitoes. It is convenient to go to the sea and to the pool. We really liked the breakfasts.

It’s a nice hotel at the quieter end of Pattaya beach, no construction around.some rooms are quite far from the beach and a lot of steps involved even if the send a golf cart which stops half way

It was good in general but a bit below expectations from a pricey 4-star hotel. Territory is nice, breakfast is good.
The rooms are not isolated well enough which led to insects and wild life making its way inside and us chasing it away.
The safe broke down 2 days before our departure, so it was a hassle to wait for someone to open it, and it was not fixed the next day, so we had to carry valuables with us which was inconvenient.

設施： 兩個泳池 走路一小段直接到海灘 酒店內有餐廳
走的時候也可以跟前台説 會送去碼頭或者下一個酒店
衞生：能看到的地方很乾凈的 但是窗外 還有有些地方很多老鼠💩 蚊子超級多 因為綠植
環境：海景房也要看運氣 但是總體還可以 我們定的時候700多一夜 還能接受 再貴一點的話 建議試試別人家 因為酒店很老了
服務： 不是特別熱情吧 但是問什麼都會幫忙 不過就是讓人覺得不舒服 還跟我説 以為我不是中國人 中國人都不會英文的 。 不知道是不是我太敏感 但是聽起來讓人不舒服😶🌫️

Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay with Sita! Hotel staff was really helpful with my two kids.
The room we booked is up on the hill and inconvenient with kids. We have gone down to the reception to request for an upgrade of room to the one beside the beach and it was amazing. Will want to return again!

This is an expensive resort compared to others nearby. The pool was not clean and the resort was untidy and rundown. There is a steep hill to climb up if you have a room at the top which is not ideal. Breakfast was limited and very bland and the food was uncovered and had flys on it. We had upset stomachs after eating there and in the evening the restaurant was empty, perhaps others new somthing we didn't. At one point we didn't have water and the shower was very poor and ran hot and cold. We wouldn't recommend this resort.
