I liked the hotel, there was a deluxe room on the mountain. The views are gorgeous! It was not easy for some people to climb the stairs, but for me it was ok! On the contrary, you lie on the beach all day, you want a little movement. There is a gym, but I didn’t go into it. The sea is no longer for swimming, but just for splashing around. The beach is small, I didn’t see any strangers, because the hotel is located far from party places. There are beach towels provided in the room and on the beach. Very comfortably. I also liked the breakfasts - eggs, salads, fruits, yogurt... nothing more! The staff is responsive and ready to help! I only went out to the village once. 15 minutes on foot. Hard Rin Beach is also there, if you love waves, then the best thing to do is jump on them, remember your childhood there. Elsewhere on the island the water is calmer.

Great place, a bit far from everything but if you have a scooter you are golden.

Great accommodation - clear recommendation! The hotel is clean, stylish and located on a beautiful beach with blue water. It offers an hourly shuttle service to the Haad Rin main area - but it's also an easy walk. This takes about 15 minutes. At the hotel, the infinity pool with a transparent pane and the floating breakfast are convincing. I will come back!!

Not recommended at all!! This was the sixth hotel we stayed at in Thailand, and the value for money is the worst we've encountered! We paid an outrageous price for a room with a pool and received a villa, which was huge but completely pointless. There’s a kitchen with cabinets and a large refrigerator, but no way to prepare food, so what’s the use of all the cabinets? There’s a dining area, but it’s a villa for two—who exactly am I hosting? A huge sink in the bathroom, but the shower is mediocre, and a small balcony with uncomfortable wooden chairs. Worst of all, the private pool was so shallow, it barely reached our knees. When we arrived, no one helped us with our luggage until we got to the reception. The service at the front desk was just okay. We went up to the room in a tuk-tuk that almost broke down halfway (not exaggerating). There was a urine stain on the toilet, the sink was clogged, and the shower pressure kept fluctuating. The service was awful, like they were doing us a favor by even acknowledging us. One waiter in the restaurant was downright unpleasant and even hostile. The breakfast was disgusting. They served us a salad from the night before, and it was obvious. The soy milk was sickeningly sweet. After trying it once, we never returned for breakfast. We begged to leave, but they didn’t let us, and the hotel was fully booked due to the Full Moon Party. Even two days after the party, we pleaded for a refund for just one night so we could return to Koh Samui, but they refused. We explained that we wanted to leave the island altogether, but they refused to give us a refund, and we couldn’t afford to book another night at a different hotel after paying so much for just one night there! They gave us a small compensation of 1000 baht for the restaurant, but we didn’t care about that—we just wanted to get out of there. While the view is stunning, the beach is dirty, and the hotel is far from everything. We rented a car once for three days whenever we wanted to drive to the other side of the island. We do not recommend this hotel at all! In fact, we strongly suggest staying far away!!

Dissappointing Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The location of my room was on a hill, which made accessing it quite challenging. Walking was nearly impossible, as you must rely on the golf cart service. Waiting times for a ride could stretch up to 20 minutes, which proved to be quite inconvenient. At night, the surrounding area was teeming with animal noises, making it incredibly difficult to get any sleep. This was a significant drawback, as a good night's rest is essential for an enjoyable stay. Overall, I'm genuinely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I would hesitate to recommend it, especially for those who value ease of access and a peaceful night's sleep.

Hotel invaded by Israeli families who believe the hotel belongs to them. Awful . We are literally shocked because we were lovers of Kohpangan and this island is totally distorted and literally ruined just like this hotel.

We were lucky enough to have a beautiful beachfront suite (A02) facing out onto the ocean, palms, and a beach swing! The room is one of the best we've ever stayed in. A huge suite with a big wooden dividing door to separate the lounge and bedroom area. You could have a family of 4 in here (but we'll come onto that!). Every tiny detail around this resort is stylish and cool. We absolutely loved every aspect of our room/suite. All the staff were lovely, smiley and helpful (confused by some reviews on here to the contrary). My GF's Mai Tai was one of the best she's ever had. We've both travelled the world extensively both with work/holidays and we both agree that it's one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in as it perfectly suits are needs and the attention paid to detail/design was wonderful. Without question we would return here if it were an adult only resort. However, we have to admit that there are a few too many toddlers running around/screaming in the pool for our liking! We absolutely know this isn't the hotels fault. We travelled in August, so I guess it's the school holidays. We can also see that the room facilities work brilliantly for families too. If it were adult only, we'd be back next year! There's a free shuttle to the town every hour, which is brilliant AND they'll come and pick you up if you WhatsApp them for a crazy small fee. Congratulations to all for creating a memorable few days for us.

We rested in August 23 with family. We took a sea view room with an open bathroom. Not for everyone...the door to this pool bath is not sealed, heat comes out and ants crawl in, but this can be solved if you put towels under the door. The view from the room is excellent. The hotel is located on the shore, BUT it is not possible to swim on the entire beach near the hotel; a corral slab begins 3 meters from the shore. From the hotel, free of charge, every hour, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., they take you to the village of Haad Rin (the ride takes about 5 minutes). From the minibus drop-off point to Haad Rin beach it is a 2-minute walk. The beach is great, the sea too. You have to bring your own towels, on the beach there are only tables and ottomans from the cafe, a full-sized sun lounger and an umbrella, as you cannot rent on Samui. This hotel is a partner of the Skymoon Hotel, which is a 3-minute walk away. It has a magnificent infinity pool and a good bar. You can also use it. Breakfast at the hotel is normal, in general everything is there, you won’t go hungry. There is a small gym, a treadmill and a couple of exercise machines. Good beds, linen, towels, bad pillows. The room is very clean. The hotel is quiet. I recommend.
