Warning misleading photos! We booked 2 rooms in the best category to have "the guarantee" of having a beautiful sea view.. No room looked like the one that appeared in the photos on the site neither in terms of view nor in terms of size! nor in terms of brightness! Rooms are correct but nothing more.. Very dark, bed stuck to the wall and the bathroom window! Impossible to unstick the bed a few centimeters from the window since the mattress is placed on concrete.. one of the rooms had a breathtaking view of the balconies of the building next door and a dilapidated courtyard!!! We were simply billed for rooms that clearly did not correspond to the category we paid for! What outraged us the most was the arrogant reaction of the staff! No professionalism! I sincerely invite the manager to train the receptionists to receive customer complaints with courtesy, especially when they are justified. I'm posting the photos and let you judge for yourself...

Cafe und Barmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich, auch wenn der Schichtplan nicht sehr nachvollziehbar war, manchmal was nix los und viele Mitarbeiter da und manchmal war viel los und nur einer da. Frühstück können Eierspeisen und eine kleine Auswahl Aufschnitt etc über eine Zettel bestellt werden. Das ergänzende Buffetangebot mit Säften Toast und Croissants ist sehr spärlich und eher Zufall wieviel angeboten wird. Sah ein bisschen danach aus was in der Küche noch weg musste und es ist nichts gekühlt, was bei der Hitze grenzwertig ist. Es ist ein Pool mit Salzwasser, die Leitungen wurde anscheinend lange nicht mehr gewartet und an machen Ecke sieht man deutlich den Rost. Keine weiße Badekleidung nutzen, sie hat danach eine sehr deutlichen roten Farbton.

From the moment our driver Boy picked us up we knew this place would be different. Best hotel pick up ever, made sure we had not only snacks but a range, as well as refreshments (non alcoholic) then he stopped so he could share a local street food delicacy with us. The hotel itself is tucked away on a steep slope but blends into the forest well with pool and beach metres from each other. Pool bar staff can make a decent cocktail. Main township is a 10-15 min walk on beach or road depending on your pace. Room was spacious but bathroom seemed to have list space the bedroom could have spared. Restaurant food was on point and did not have a bad meal with great views of Koh Samui to welcome you into your day. Overall good spot far enough away from the action of the town to be quiet but also close enough if you want to give it a shake.

Wow - this hotel blew us away! Firstly the staff are all so lovely, kind and friendly and always happy to help! They work hard keeping the hotel and grounds looking gorgeous, tidying the beach, and we even saw them setting up a gorgeous area for a beach proposal. The rooms and decor are beautiful. Everything has been thought of and it creates a calm tranquil atmosphere. The lighting on an evening is stunning!! Very special! The pool and bar area are perfect and it’s right on the beach. There aren’t many sun loungers, a previous review did mention this but we never struggled to get one and actually had plenty of choice, no idea where everyone was hiding! Pool is gorgeous and we loved the happy hours 12-2 and 5-7. Mojitos are delicious and watching the sunset with one in hand from the beach is amazing. Breakfast is lovely!! Get the banana pancakes you won’t be disappointed! :) Fresh fruit is tasty too but the eggs were never cooked enough. Which is my only tiny bit of feedback. We don’t usually eat at the hotel restaurant but this one was an exception - a gorgeous setting and some of the best food we’ve had all holiday! Recommend the beef massaman, cashew nut chicken and the satay. Thanks for a brilliant stay we can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Amazing stay at the Princess Paradise Koh Phangan!! We stayed here for just 2 nights, and wish it could have been longer! Stayed here for the full moon party which is only a 10 minute walk, a great location to bars a restaurants but also was nice and quiet around the hotel, right on the beach! Rooms and pool are lovely and clean. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond! The best breakfast during our holiday to Thailand, you receive a lovely cooked breakfast with multiple options, as well as granola/yoghurt, pastries, fruit. Thank you!! 🌟
