Outstanding for peace and quiet!
If you want a beautiful, relaxing, peaceful property while being only a short cab ride away from just about anything, this is the place for you. Muky (Owner) is so kind and hyper-focused on service and attention to detail. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful property with a small private beach and a pool. Staff goes out of their way to serve you. breakfast is personal and not a buffet , the view of the water and the sunsets are breathtaking , the gym is small but adequate , highly recommended

The experience I had at Ampersand was exceptional! I don’t know where to begin. The hotel itself was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel’s beauty perfectly complemented the ocean views and nature. The room was incredible!
The white hotel was meticulously designed in an artistic way and it truly felt heavenly. The private beach was quiet and it gave me the opportunity to take time to relax. Couple the beauty with the extraordinary service and it was magical! I can’t say enough about the wonderful service (maybe the nicest people I ever met). I’ve traveled all over the world (always staying in high-end hotels) and this was the best! It was perfection, homey and it moved me. This is something that I’ve never experienced from a hotel/staff and I’m truly grateful for the time I spent there. Mucky (hotel owner) thank you again my friend! I look forward to coming back! I strongly recommend this hotel to my closest friends and family and anyone else wanting an experience of a lifetime! -Greg

The most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in and run with love from the owner and all the staff . Just book it and you will see this is paradise .we spent 6 days at the hotel very quite but we could telex with all the normal facilities and with also a private beach .the owners are wonderfull helpful people and no matter what you required they were their to help you . We will return in 2025 to be Tast this magic once again .

Not a 5 star hotel. The so called "beach" is really small and you cannot swim there without hurting your feet (many rocks in the water). The rooms are actually quite small and miss important items. The bed is also made for dwarfs. If that wasn't enough, this "hotel" is far away from everything. You won't find a proper beach, restaurants, or anything close by.

Overall, we were very impressed with this place because we wanted to come and relax. Come recharge your energy to go back to work. Didn't feel disappointed at all staying here, including the owner, staff, rooms, food, swimming pool, and atmosphere within the hotel. I'd like to recommend it for people who really want to relax. I'll probably like it. We stayed here for 10 days and felt very happy and impressed. If we have the opportunity to come to Samui again, we will definitely come back and stay here again. But here is about 40 minutes from the ferry pier. You may have to rent a car or take a taxi from the pier. It's a little far, but I'm really impressed... I forgot to tell you that we booked directly through the hotel. We can request a little special price from the hotel. He was kind enough to give us a discount as well :))
