Super für Familien oder Gruppen
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Personal spricht polnisch, deutsch und englisch.
Der Sauna- und Schwimmbadbereich ist gepflegt und man hat von dort aus einen tollen Blick auf die Orangerie. Die Öffnungszeiten könnten jedoch etwas länger sein.
Der Fitnessraum ist breit ausgestattet und bietet auch Kraftsportlern viele Möglichkeiten.
Die Massagen werden von geschultem und sehr einfühlsamen Personal durchgeführt (Kombi-Massage ist sehr zu empfehlen). Wir haben uns sehe wohl und danach erholt gefühlt.
Das Essen im Hotel, als auch im Al la Carte Restaurant, ist hervorragend!
Das Hotel liegt nahe der Promenade, wo es viele kleine Läden und Restaurants gibt.
Die Buchung der Bowlingbahn, Spa Angeboten und einem Parkplatz geht vorab per Mail und wird schnell beantwortet.
Für Kinder gibt es auch einen extra Spielraum.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schön modernes Hotel mit gutem Essen und unfreundlichem Personal. Leider fast in Dauerschleife wird man unfreundlich behandelt und echt nicht nett behandelt

Very nice, new hotel with excellent swimming pool / hot tubs. Really nice in Kolberg and the beach is absolutely fantastic! Friendly staff, but couldn’t speak english (only Polish and German) - not my strong side but we managed to communicate in german at some level 😄.
