Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. The hotel is well located just opposite the Sabah Suria shopping mall, so it's very convenient if you wish to dine out or shop around…

The staff is very nice & efficient. We noted it’s a smoking room after check-in, and the staff arranged another non-smoking room for us as requested upon booking. We stayed two nights on 17 & 18 March'24. Booked a seaview room. Room is big though not new. It is still very comfortable. Location is good.. walk pass two buildings. Will reach Suria shoppjng mall. Just cross one traffic junction.. ***a street with good food. But we had bad experience with check out on 19 March at 11.25am. There was only one malay lady recep. No other staff in sight. I cannot believe it...this one receip is helping with ang moh with general queries. I had to interrupt because i need to reach airport within 2 hours ahead of departure time. This ang moh very rude not happy that i took abit of the recep's time. I did say sorry n excuse us. Just to drop my room key to check out. First time i met such ungentleman behaviour.

The Le Meridien KK a beautiful and very comfortable place to stay for a relaxing vacation. The location is just perfect, right at the city centre, facing the sea. Beautiful sunset view!! There are many places to eat within walking distance and the big malls are just 10mins away by Grab. The staff were very polite and always so helpful with suggestions of places to eat and shop. Great place to stay in KK!

Had the best amazing trip to this hotel. And Kudos to Nigel the receptionist whom help us alot and the staff who is always there for us when we need. We really2 enjoyed the stay. The view is superb! And they helped us to set up the room for birthday. And the staff is always cleaning our room.

Toujoo is tucked in a little corner of KK city center, easily accessible for tourists and locals alike. Our room was clean (room 102-studio double window), bed super comfy, bathroom is tiny (expected) but well ventilated and water pressure is good. Soundproofing is good and it's quite quiet, we didn't hear our neighbours and the storm brewing outside. The room is equipped with Bluetooth speakers, which we really liked. No TV. Plenty of electrical points to charge your devices. Also, guests can use the facilities in OPIS (between Ground floor and First floor). Great area to lounge around, make your own coffee/tea, play pool, or read. There's also a house cat (Pablo?) if you need some pet therapy. 😆 Sundays are good for ladies (free flow cocktail at the Tamu rooftop bar 5-7pm) plus the food is superb! Overall this place is highly recommended!

100% recommend this hotel. Amazing location, clean rooms and lovely staff. Also a big plus side is that minivans that are going to Mt Kinabalu congregate right outside the hotel, so it's really convenient for trips going there. Loved staying in this hotel.

This is our second stay at king park, last trip was about 7 years ago. We feel very welcomed by the friendly staffs, the hotel is quiet, clean and cosy, the overall service and stay quality is maintained well as per our last stay, we are happy with it. We also love the breakfast buffet, it has improved from the last trip, simple yet very delicious. The only part we would like to bring out is the shower water will spill over to the toilet bowl area, hope this can be improved. The hotel is within 5-10min walking distance to ***a street with lots of nice eateries, or you may take grab which cost only RM5.

Very good location right at the entrance of gaya street. Come here on Fri or Sat to enjoy the wonderful night food market with live band performance and Sun for the morning shopping market :) Need to remove shoes in hostel though so do bring along a pair of bedroom slippers :)
