We family came to Kerala for holiday, it’s been very pleasant full and stay was great, we enjoyed pool and beaches and sunset at beach was incredible beautiful , each time food and service was great at grasshopper restaurant especially Mr sahit and Kanchan was very professional and helpful for us

My experience in Uday samudra was very good, specially the staff is very helpful & supportive… Mr.Sahir& Mr. Kanchan gave us very good service in food department. The location of Resort is very good. The view of beach from resort is amazing.

We were 10 people and we booked 4 rooms, our experience was bad, very bad.Firstly the hotel from the entrance looked good but when we reached our rooms it was very humid and it isn’t good for people have breathing problems , the second thing is that the in one of the room the AC was turning off and on even when we didn’t touch the AC remote, also in another the rooms the ac was not at all and properly, the third thing is that the room service is horrible, we called three times and no one came to our room for fixing the AC, the fourth thing is that the TV is not working and connecting properly, the fifth thing is that the bathrooms are not good very dirty. For anyone like foreigners and local Indian people who want to visit this resort this is kind of a warning.

Very good food at Swastha vegetarian..specially the dal khichdi is a must try.Very good service by Manoj and Prajeesh.All juices are good and specially the gujarati food is a must try. Starters are also good.Very clean place and service is quite fast. Please come and try the best veg food

The service is really good including buffet and rooms. We stayed for 2 days with family and it was a great experience. The swimming pool and spa facilities are also good. Devi, Sahil, Kanchan- these few staff members were very cooperative and helpful.

Don't travel with kids at this property. Extremely bad and frightening experience at the property. There are black worms and earthworms that keep coming in the bathroom. There is no duty manager at the property- we were informed he will come at noon only. The housekeeping staff doesn't come to remove the insects and we asked for watef bottles twice but never got it. The breakfast buffet is absolutely cold and most of the items were finished one hour before closing time including all fruits. It is a completely mismanaged property and cannot be trusted for safe travel. Please avoid at all cost
