Firstly we are very disappointed of front desk staff, she is arrogant staff, when we booking 2 adult with 6 years old kids already mentioned. First 2 night we stayed at other hotel with same condition, we are really enjoy and when my family want to enjoy another 3 days at beach side, so we already booking this hotel.
When we reach there, she asked us to pay another 850B (no extra bed) with breakfast per night. When I explained her that we booked with kid and also already stayed at other hotel and they won’t charge even they prepare for us extra bed however she doesn’t want to listen and asked us to contact our agent.
Not easy to contact immediately so we decided to cancel and we enjoy at Krabi Resort Hotel (Krabi resort have very pleasure to stay there) even they won’t refund our money
But we don’t care and we won’t stay with that kind of attitude staff. Never ever to book this hotel. 🤬

Excellent property with amazing service. Beautiful location and the property itself is great and eye pleasing. Breakfast options could have more, hmm, that's the international cuisine.

I have been to this hotel twice, and once in July and August. Here are my feelings: 1. The external facilities are OK, with a swimming pool and a beach.
2. The room is relatively simple, the toilet is small and old, the washbasin and towels are also old, if you have requirements for bathroom, I don’t recommend it, the decoration is also relatively simple.
3. Talking about the service, this time I was most dissatisfied: there was a woman with long straight black hair and dark skin at the front desk, with a very bad attitude, rolling her eyes at us, and speaking very rudely. There was also a woman at the front desk who registered with her, and she was very impatient when asked about taxi information; but she was very flattering to Westerners.
(The other front desk staff and the young man were not bad, but we stayed for two consecutive nights with them, so our vacation mood was really bad and affected!)
