Nice location where all the food and cafes are located nearby . But the rooms do not have any sound proof where people slammed their doors and interrupted my sleep for the past few nights. Alot of Indian Family stayed there so recommended to choose holiday inn which is next to it.

Great and clean hotel, loaction very convient to Aonang city centre and beach.

It’s my 6th time staying at this resort, and first experience after the property change to owned under Avani Hotels group. Overall experience was still amazing, the only down side I noticed is the housekeeping is not as good, they staff seems do halfway and forget the rest and when we back in room towels & water not fill up. Feedback but also took awhile for the staff to serve us. However, it’s still a great place to stay and enjoy Ao Nang to the fullest.

We really love our stay at Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort, our room was ready on our arrival at 2pm, we got a nice ocean view room as booked, we enjoyed so much of the view everyday on the balcony. The infinity pool is really nice with stunning ocean and cliff view! The breakfast buffet has lots of choices and every staff were very kind. The resort has a very central location in Ao Nang, although it's few minutes walk from the beach, it's very convenient to get everywhere in Ao Nang. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Ao Nang.

A pretty great hotel!! The view are very pretty and the infinity pool is amazing. But the resort lacks service. The staff is quite unresponsive. I had emailed for late checkout inquiry and got no response :/ when I’d asked at the reception, they had given me a cost and when I said I was ready to pay, they said the hotel was fully booked (even though it was available on trip.com online)

The resort service is more than excellent, front desk staff were so good to attend guests, making special arrangements as per requests, i would strongly recommend this resort, as the location is good, resort is calm and very convenient to go around the ao nang. Superb !

Beeare air conditioning does not work properly. We book 5 rooms every rooms very hot.

What an amazing resort hotel!! From the begging to the end, everything is perfect!! Staffs are extremely friendly, room is clean and cozy, infinity pool is stunning, and we got a lot of selections in breakfast!! I see no negative thing to say about this hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Location is right in the middle of all the action, 5 minute walk to the beach, breakfast is excellent and plenty of varieties, staff very helpful, specially Nickie who helped us with various places to visit on the island, would highly recommend this hotel, spectacular views from the 9th floor. Overall excellent experience.

This is my favorite place to stay in Ao Nang. The breakfast is amazing, the staff are very polite and helpful. If you drive a car, there is plenty of parking space. The infinity swimming pool is clean and has amazing views of the cliffs and sea. Great value hotel with excellent breakfast buffet. The location is perfect and you can walk to most everywhere you would like to go, they can also arrange to book tours for you.

All in all this was a lovely hotel and I had a great stay. Positives: - Beautiful views. They upgraded my room (which was really nice!) And the views from my balcony were amazing. - Good location. Walking distance to the beach/restaurants etc. but feels tucked away enough that you didn’t feel like you’re in the middle of everything - Really nice pools, both of them are beautiful and a great place to go to relax Negatives: - not the comfiest beds in the world - Lovely service for the most part, however was a bit annoyed with the miscommunication/rushing me out on the last day. I had asked for a late checkout the day before leaving and they told me they could do 1:00 (an hour later than their usual time). I was happy with that, but just after 12 when I was finishing packing up I had someone call my room from the front desk asking if my bags were ready to be taken (aka rushing me out). They didn’t seem to believe me that I’d been told I could have a late checkout. So that was a bit annoying, especially after being woken at 8am by the front desk calling my room as well, saying that my driver (who I hadn’t even booked) was there to take me to the airport / they’d obviously called the wrong room, but annoying when you’re trying to sleep in!

Rooms are quite dated but it’s convenient given that level 1 is direct access to the street level. Many good F&B options along the street. The cliff view is nice

Hotel has a pretty amazing sea view! But be prepared that the hotel is a bit dated and their sun beds next to the 2 pools are always full! Breakfast is ok decent. Overall, for the price, I think it’s reasonable but don’t expect a 5 star wow experience. 😁
