we booked 2 unit of 3 bedroom svs apartment, both very new, clean, spacious and comfortable, look the same as pictures showed, definitely a five star service apartment. One of the best accommodation for our trips. Just the parking and lift service level make us a bit confuse other than that everything is great.

Clean and spacious room. Was given a room opposite refuse room but when requested for room changed was granted w/o hassle. Prompt room service when requested for xtra towels etc. Will consider coming back here again soon👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The accommodation was very nice with a great view from the room and from the pool. The room was quite spacious and filled with everything you need for your stay.

Exactly as the picture described. Customer service very good. Help to store our luggage even though we checked out early. Had a great stay. Keep up good service.

We got flood room which don’t know water from where.. Report to management and them react quickly.. we got new room and lot of voucher.. also got late check out time.. thanks

- the room is super large and it is clean. - the location is good. - the wifi is not okay. - no socket is in the bathroom, a bit not convenient for girls.

Do not consider this to be a hotel. It’s rather a residential complex with numerous flats being rented out in an Airbnb style. Pros: fantastic views from the pool Cons: there’s literally nothing except for the pool (which is always very busy). No bar, no proper hospitality, no calm common area where you can just sit and do your things. I don’t think I’ll book this property again.
