The Wi-Fi is spotty, the bath water is hot and cold, the elevators are always crowded with people, the corridors are eerie in the middle of the night, and the apartment lobby is still crowded with people waiting to check in in the middle of the night. There is no front desk, and check-in requires security. Call someone to come down and give you your room key. The crowd is very chaotic.
The most terrible thing is the hotel Wi-Fi, which is sometimes not available. During the peak hours in the evening, there is almost no Wi-Fi.
The room is small and the wardrobe layout is so weird that there is no place to open the suitcase.
The queue for the elevator takes a long, long, long time. It seems like I have to wait for a century to get down from the 40th floor, because there are people who want to get off on every floor and they all stop.

It is an apartment, not a hotel.
Had to pay very expensive car park charges. MR$119 for 2 days as it is Axon residential carpark.
Expect to wait for the lift, at least 5 minutes as it is very slow.
Toilet does not have rack to hang towels

Our recent stay at Ress the Axon Residence Hotel was fantastic! The location is absolutely prime, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was spotless, well-lit, and the AC kept us comfortably cool throughout our stay.
While traffic in the area can be a minor inconvenience, it's expected given the central location. We found that planning our transportation in advance and potentially using alternative ride-sharing services helped mitigate this issue.
The standout feature of our stay was the exceptional service provided by our leasing agent, Rakib from Kimiro. He was incredibly responsive and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. His timely assistance was invaluable.
Overall:
We highly recommend Ress the Axon Residence Hotel for its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and the outstanding service provided by the Kimiro team, particularly Rakib. A truly memorable stay!

this place was too perfect from service to location! it’s accessible to malls, eating areas and main street where u can enjoy cheap and local food! the room itself was gorgeous, a stunning view of the twin towers and the place was clean and the space was perfect especially for a group of friends! But the biggest shout out to RAKIB! his service was amazing and ensured our stay was perfect! although we inconvenienced him he was still able to accommodate and we would definitely come back♥️ thank you sm rakib !!

Dekat dgn pavi and walking distance pergi kunafa crisp, damascus, pavi dan farenheitt 5 minit je. Staff raqib baik, bilik bersih. Sky pool view klcc and pavi.
