The premise is located beside LRT Kerinchi Station, which very convenient for me. Free parking space is provided by the hotel but it's crowded during office hour as the parking was shared by other private company which situated in the same building. The room is spacious and clean. As it is located just beside Federal Highway, it's a bit noisy during night time.

The hotel is just next to Kerinchi LRT in Bangsar. 2 minutes or so, walking distance between Tower D & E to reach the station. Although it is just next to Federal Highway, the noise didn't affect us, for a light sleeper do consider this. We like the place. Shower head pressure was good, room with parquet flooring but well cleaned , good job to the room cleaning service. Wardrobe has good enough amounts of hangers. Comes with iron & ironing board. Toiletries provided. It would be good if they have a table lamp for the table area although it didn't matter for us. Overall, we were quite satisfied .

The spacious room and convenient location above the MRT were major pluses. The clean premises and free parking were also appreciated. However, the low water pressure and noise from the nearby highway and MRT were drawbacks. While the swimming pool and restaurant were basic, considering the price, I believe it's still a good option.

Nice stay, really3 good for solo traveller because its just behind the MRT, from airport i just use KLIA express then change to red lane to come to this place. save my time, the check in guy boleh la. but ok la. its good stay, but i heran why this place label as a 4 star hotel pn google. its just a nice place to stay probably in 3 star. No 1 - i didnt expect they come in to do make up room when i didnt label any at my door??? im so scared you know. but other wise i like that they change my towels to new one lol. No 2 - the toilet isnt that clean, its still had a slight strangers pop on the bowl. lol. and also the bathroom also had some black stains. other wise i wpuld recomended to others staying here. suggest people to stay here

Very nice hotel for my family. Very clean. Will come again in future.

Customer service didn't exist there, they just don't care at all. Very old place with so many things broken. Pool and gym didn't function either. Better stay elsewhere. Only good thing is the location just next to the LRT station.

The location very close to kerinci LRT station is a great plus factor. Those small shops and coffee vendor machine is a convenient. Grab is pretty easily available.

Frequent place to stay as easier for parking and also nearer to town area. Room is spacious and also clean. The toilet need some amendmenta.

Room is very huge because it is a condo studio room. Not exactly a hotel room. Noise isolation is good but it might because the room beside my room that time is empty. Toilet is clean but not super clean because i still see white color bug near the faucet. Overall if you just need a place to sleep, this is quite okay.
