I had a wonderful experience during my visit, thanks to Jane at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming and professional. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist made all the difference. Also, the housekeeper (forgot to get his name) assigned in 9th during 11-13/11/14 kudos to you, accommodated all my request. Thank you so much!!! Definitely will be back.

Location was great with pavilion. Room was very neat and spacious too. Will recommend to other.

We booked 4 nights in the Amber queen room and were upgraded to Amber King'room on the 17th floor. This is the premier floor. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The bed is so comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to food sreet , between pavilion a time square. The pool is very popular and has views to revolving towers. Would definitely stay here again and stay in premier floor. Avoid 6th floor, which is where the pool, it could get noisy.

Good hotel. Surely want to book again of plan to stay at bukit bintang. Park charge rm15. Hotel not looks like cheap one.

Good room, but facilities need improvement. 1st night aircon not cold, unable to fix, sweaty night. The next day, change the other room, bathroom drainage water flowing very slow. Flooding

Hotel located in Bukit bintang area where is very easy to walk around and easy to get subway station. At night, there are a lot of bar and restaurant.

The places was good. Nearby bukit bintang, can just walk within 5 minutes and reach to the centre..

With new management and hotel upgraded, it was a pleasant stay.. the counter and room service staff excellent. Will come back to Starus when in KL. Keep it up. Thank you

First time visiting KL Booked this hotel from Trip.com and got a pleasant surprise...within walking distance to Bukit Bintang MRT & to Pavilion shopping mall, Jalan Alor Street...also got a nice view, be it morning or night, from the hotel room.... highly recommended

All is good, Just TV needs to connect wifi more difficult, connect with phone hotspot also can

Overall, the hotel is clean, but there is some dust around the corner of the room which can be improved. The location of the hotel was the selling point, located at the center of Changkat and Jalan Alor, which was superb for travelers. Walking distance to Pavilion and Bukit Bintang MRT station. Definitely will stay here again if coming to Bukit Bintang considering the price to value ratio

Easy checkin. Nearby got KK Mart 24 hours and 7-11. Aircond is good, water pressure also good. Just the room is a bit too dark to me. Staff very friendly. Only two lifts, it might a bit slow for crowded checkout time.
