Location is good, next to restaurants, shopping area and night market. This is budget hotel, so don't expect you will get good services such as drinking water, coffee or tea including are not provided. They provided small soap only. The room space is small.

Easy to reach there. Budget friendly rooms. Located in the main area. Nice place for business travellers.

Hotel near to Mydin, Maybank and food stall. Room is clean

The counter staff are friendly and helpful. The location of Grand Orchard Hotel is superb.

There is additional payment for foreigners 10RM per night

There was no hot water in the shower. There was some vibration and noise from the drills and hammers as it was being renovated, but it was only during the day, so it was enough for just sleeping.

Located in an Indian neighborhood. There are some Indian big brothers and sisters who come and go. The overall environment is pretty good, but this room has no windows. The hardware facilities are quite satisfactory, but the hygiene needs to be improved.
