非常失望的一次入住體驗。首先，衞生狀況令人堪憂——被子上有明顯的污漬，而且顏色發黃，看得讓人十分不舒服。其次，洗澡設施也很差，住了七天，其中有四天都沒有熱水，完全無法正常洗澡。整體體驗非常糟糕，不會再選擇這裏，也不推薦給大家。

Super spacious room! With the reasonable price it’s really worth it! Only their breakfast are limited. But really like the room so much! The hotel near St Regis and The Westin. Can just walk in to Bukit Bintang for 10 minutes.

Very satisfying stay here, the hotel is well maintained, clean, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast has many menu choices and is delicious, the location is very strategic, everywhere is very close, and to the pavilion mall is only a 5 minute walk, to TRX Mall is also a 7 minute walk, to Bukit Bintang 5 minutes to Jalan Alor 10 minutes,

We stayed for 3 nights in a family suite and was satisfied with the room. The only disappointment was the hotel breakfast which was lackluster compared to other hotels in the area.
