The location is very strategic. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang hotspots and MRT stations. Suit for travellers who travel using public transports. Just a walking distance you'll have access to a food court and some nice cafes. We were there during public holiday, eventho the hotel is in Bukit Bintang but, it was far from noise. We had a quiet night. Glad that we chose this hotel.
The room is very cosy and clean equipped will all the amenities mentioned. The staff were friendly too.
The breakfast spread buffet was splendid! Various food to choose and we really enjoyed our breakfast!
Would definitely book a stay again if I visit KL.

Definitely not 4 stars hotel. In need of refurbishment. Room is dusty. Pillows stink. The bathroom has mould. The hallway has some funky smell. As an allergic person, I have runny nose and sore throat after staying in room. Only saving grace is the location but still it is at the back and of walking distance to Pavilion and main Bukit Bintang area. Cut through JW Marriott and Ritz to have a bit of sheltered walk to the hotel from Pavilion.

Stayed at the Dorsett Residences -while the room was decent, the bathrooms had a really bad stench from the sewerage system. Upon informing the hotel of this, they got someone to look into the stench but it didn’t resolve the issue. The service was not great as well -we requested for ice, which never ended up coming. The breakfast served was also average. The only perk would be the good location; close to many restaurants and cafes.
