It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel staff decorated our bed and even gave us a box of chocolates. The room was spacious and clean. Very serene to stay in the hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Good variety of food though the roti canai can be improved. We ordered room service for dinner in the second night. Had a little of confusion. The staff that send our food told us to pay by cash even though we already inform the front desk staff that we are paying by the deposit. Well... we had to pay by cash. The hotel is quite near to LRT station Abdullah Hukum (a walking distance). And it was just a station away to KL Sentral. We alight at KL Sentral and took the KLIA Express to airport. Going around is quite a breeze as we travel via the LRT and MRT. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

We've stayed here many times, especially over Xmas. In fact, we would have been one of the earliest guests when it first opened. The location is great esp with KL Sentral mrt within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a hiccup after checking in, 2x single beds instead of a double, but it was quickly fixed. Our only criticism is the rooms need to be given an uplift, showing their age. We will be back again.

We had a one-night stay at this hotel before continuing our journey to Johor. This morning we had our breakfast at the Streats Restaurant. The food provided were fried rice, fried noodle, fruits, paratha, sausages, baked potatoes, baked beans, chicken slice and toasts. Coffee and fruit juice also were provided. The taste were just average. However, the smell of the coffee was not nice. I could smell something odd so does my husband. Another disappointment was about sunny side eggs. We were asked to pay RM10 for a set of sunny side. This is ridiculous since the payment we made already include the breakfast. Why do we have to pay extra at the restaurant?

Very good location, right next to KL Sentral and also 7-11’s and other shops and restaurants. Wi-Fi works ok in the rooms but not amazingly. Beds are clean and comfortable. Shower and toilet area could be a little bit cleaner but nothing to complain about. You are provided with towels but recommend you bring your own shampoo and shower gel. Staff are very friendly and check in process is easy. All in all I would stay here again.

Nice place. Ideal for family or couple, as i’m a solo traveler, the room is big for me,.. What I love the most about it is the water in the bath tub it’s really hot, so you can control the temperature as how hot you want it to be. Petronas Twin tower is just like 5-10minutes away by foot.

We stayed for 1*night before taking a domestic flight. It is located next to the station and shopping complex. Locatiowise nothing to complain about. However, cleanliness was very poor. I was allocated on the 13th floor, and when we switched on the light found more than 5*cockroaches. Furthermore, the door locking system was broken so could not lock it. A receptionist reallocated us to the 15th floor and we found 2*cockroaches when we enter to room. We slept with room light on all night long. I serioslyly recommend to look for other place. There were a few accommodations along the street in the same area. Really, you better choose different place... ＞.＜

last minute booking..check in at 10pm, smooth check in but guy staff at the counter are not friendly..the room is not too big..have one plug only..stay for two night bcuz have meeting at the connexion there, the food place is far from the hotel but have thai restaurant beside the lobby, overall hotel is good and my kids also happy..

It is cheap, there is an elevator, but the room is very small, 5 cloths at the entrance to the bedside, the service attitude is still good, but the sheets have stains that cannot be washed off! Feel like the same disease of the same level hotel! If you are a family, you need to think carefully!
