The exhaust fan of toilet seem broken or install inversely, when open the toilet switch (light and exhaust fan), the 'incredible' smelly/odor coming from exhaust fan. I had called the service twice but they just spray fragrance only, they say will call the engineer come, 1030pm wait till 12am, and they say engineer not free/ still servicing other rooms. Imagine bath/ bath tubing and can't use exhaust fan, feel dizzy in there, I booked this hotel cuz I need relax and enjoy the bath tub but sadly I can't. Btw I also saw the staff's fragrance spray remain in the room from last guest when I check in (I self put at the walkway) and make me think, it not getting fixed. The room is clean, interior is very nice but the odor make us can't enjoy it.

The hotel is located between a motorway and a very crossing road, and it could be done if there were double or triple glass on the windows. However, it's just simple and the windows do not even close properly (the gardener washing machine washing machine washing machine is located in each corridor that also does not contribute to the calm of the residence. The hotel is a very good location, but it is a good location for you to stay calm.

Sole reason I am reviewing is to compare Ami with Zetter Suite. 1. Zetter Suite rooms have more beautiful interior compared to Ami, which is why Zetter is more expensive. 2. Reception. Ami suite has 24hr reception desk, so if you want late check in or early checkout, Ami is better. Mind you they require Rm200 deposit by cash or credit card. 3. Ami is located in the same tower as pools so you can access swimming pools without changing elevators 4. Parking. If you hate hassle parking, please choose ami. Ami lets you park at visitor parking and verify card everytime you go out. Zetter gives you a designated park with card that sometimes doesnt work difficulty to find the parking lot. Even worse when they do not sync with security in charge of the park card. Havent tried booking via different operators. In short, if you want beautiful artsy room on top of artsy hotel, choose zetter. Otherwise ami is better.

Booked through Agoda on the understanding I was booking the entire apartment. Having looked at the reviews the night before my arrival I realised I had probably booked a bedroom in a shared apartment. The next I was phoned by the managing agent to make sure I realised it was indeed a shared apartment. I told him I had become aware of this but would give it a try. I was very annoyed with Agoda. As it turned out the apartment was huge with a fab view over the city. We were sharing with an Egyptian guy who was working in KL. He was quiet but friendly. Most of the time he was out so it was like having the apartment to ourselves. The position of the suites is not very good. Everything involves a longish walk, a bus ride or a Grab. However the building has a very good swimming pool with sun beds and a good gym. The pool was empty most days. There was also very good wifi and a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Would I stay again? Probably not more because of the location than anything else. Make sure what you are booking when using these apartments. The 190 bus runs directly outside and takes you to China Town for 2.50 ringgit.

Surrounding environment of the hotel is good, supporting facilities are also good! Not careful enough, no water and toiletries should be provided in advance! And different national conditions should reserve a few conversion plugs for guests to rent, or inform yourself in advance! The front desk service is not available. I can't be reached after work at 9:00 in the evening. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 that night and checked in almost at 3:00 in the morning! Ctrip's butler has been assisting me to get the job done. Thanks also to the hotel security, very helpful and responsible! Help me contact the cleaning aunt before staying! However, it may be temporarily arranged at the front desk. The room should be unoccupied for a long time. The quilt is covered with dust. It's too late to sleep. Hope the hotel improves

Very friendly and helpful front desk. Not easy to find as the building is behind the main road. Easy access to shopping mall by a sky bridge. Wifi signal is a bit weak and unreliable. Couldn’t do any work in room.

good male staff during check-in & he said i got free upgrade from queen to king size... everything good, got quiet room as per request via trip.com, lot of amenities...only on cleanliness need to be improved... swimming pool is not suitable for small kids, 4feet depth... i would like to share a picture drawed by my daughter to show how she love the hotel, may visit again in the future...

Everything is smooth from check in to check out..the pic is helpful..the amenities is good..the studio is equipped with microwave, full size refrigerator, washing machine and a sofa bed..it suitable for small family..if u there don't forget to try the jacuzzi Pod that look really nice❤️
