The lobby of the new hotel is small, the room area is not large, and there are many flaws in the room decoration 😂 It is probably a newly opened hotel, and the details are not enough and need to be improved!

The service is very good; the room is large, warm and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of Chinese and Western food. It is a very new hotel with a lot of people staying every day. The rooftop swimming pool and gym are great.

Relatively newly built and great location where it's near the city centre. Many popular restaurants, eateries, and coffeehouses are within walking distance. There is also the Sarawak waterfront nearby which makes for a good tourist walk.
There are 3 restaurants and 2 bars at this property and the rooftop bar is called Tabby Bar with a very comfortable and cooling vibe at the top (L23). This is also one of the tallest properties around the area, providing for a very good view across the city, with the gym and pool being at L23 as well, which is amazing.
Just a minor hiccup, the pillow covers replaced by housekeeping had a little bit of a damp and stale smell to it which was unfortunate.
Apart from that, all else was perfect - would definitely recommend a stay here.

Generally the hotel is good but the housekeeping needs lots of improvements. Firstly I still find dust on the bedside table n drawers. Secondly some corners of the bathroom needed a good wash n the glass template above TNB he toilet rolls was not wiped. I'm fussy n need a clean room whenever I go.
Additionally, the toiletries were not replaced n have ask. On our 2nd day, towels were collected but not replaced cos they run out???
One thing I must comment is that when we called the response was quite quick
