Bett Das Bett machte bei jeder Bewegung laute Geräusche und beim umdrehen zu meiner Frau, rutschten die Betten auseinander. Ich konnte mich mit der Hand am Boden abstützen, somit bin ich nicht aus dem Bett gefallen Personal sehr freundlich

Schöne ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße direkt am Stadtpark Kühlungsborn. Sehr gute fußläufige Erreichbarkeit zum Zentrum und zum Strand. Saubere Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung. Das Bad ist klein, aber oho. Die Hotelanlagen (innen und außen) sind auffallend schön mit Pflanzen und Blumen dekoriert. Das Hotelpersonal ist grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle sind bestrebt, den Urlaubern ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Sehr reichhaltiges, vielseitiges und schmackhaftes Frühstück. Das Ambiente im Speisesaal und im Restaurant ist sehr angenehm. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Hotel (Sauna) und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels (Tennisplätze direkt gegenüber, mehrere Fahrradleihstationen). Es werden im Hotel auch Beschäftigungen für Kinder, wie Malen und kleine Spiele angeboten.

Super Hotel . Nette sympathische Bedienung an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Super Service, extra Decke wurde sofort gebracht. Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Wir kommen gern wieder. Die Chefin ist stets interessiert ob alles ok ist und das ist auch authentisch.
