I have a comfortable stay in this hotel. In addition, the room price is reasonable. The process of room check in is very efficiently and effectively.

The location is close to many tourist attractions, convenient for travel. The receptionist is good. There is a public bath and you can soak in the onsen during the hours 16:30-24:00.

We stayed for multiple nights, but on the first night there was a small problem in the room, and when we reported it to the front desk, we were grateful for the prompt response.
Breakfast was a buffet, but in the evening we ordered a variety of individual dishes, and it was nice to be able to eat local seafood in the (Today's Recommendation) menu. In particular, the (Boiled Tokobushi), (Deep-fried Gas Shrimp), and (Local Fish Sashimi) were delicious.

The hotel is close to Odomari Station, a 15-minute walk away. It is also close to Matsumoto Pass and the entrance to the ghost town, making it very convenient for hikers. The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are good, the hygiene is up to standard, and the service is friendly. The surrounding shopping and dining places are a bit far away, and you need to go through the tunnel to the shopping street, but there is a restaurant on the first floor with a very good value for money. There are not many hotels to choose from when visiting Kumano City, and this one is more recommended.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious.
It was decided to cancel the summer fireworks display in 2022 as well, but after that, in the process of gradually deciding to support each region's own travel, Kumano City decided to hold the long-awaited fireworks display in the crowdfunding style. I made a reservation for "Nami" thinking that there would be some kind of support after autumn, but I was surprised that it will be held on April 11 and 18 for three days. It is said that it will be launched from Onigajo for about 15 minutes from 18:30. The Onigajo Center can be seen from "Nami", but the launch seems to be from the breakwater under Benten Shrine in Shichiri Mihama on the opposite side. When I looked it up, there were 7 parking lots planned, and the No. 1 parking lot was the Onigajo No. 2 parking lot next to Nami. The venue is on the opposite side of Onigajo, so you have to drive through the Onigajo Tunnel or go through the Onigajo Pedestrian (Kimoto) Tunnel. The first time I went through a sidewalk (only for cars going east) tunnel, I walked 600 meters in about 10 minutes, a little over a kilometer depending on where I was to see. For the first time in a long time, I was able to enjoy the spectacular fireworks 🎆 at close range.
