Room was neat and clean. Bed was neatly made, sheets were clean and crisp. Would have loved if the bathroom floor was cleaner and stain free. Hotel is conveniently located, staff are nice. Our driver also found things convenient to clean the car and facilities for his use, very good.

The feedback as follows:
1. The rooms are not properly cleaned
2. Bathroom is not upto the mark, 3. Flooring is wet in the room
4. Food at dinner is terrible and service of the waiter and the manager are equally terrible
5. So much cigarette smoke smell inside the room, bathroom and corridor as well. 6. I think they are allowing guest to smoke and drink anywhere inside the property 7. Bed linens are not changed regularly
8. The good thing is morning breakfast and lunch is good. 9. The room aesthetic and interior is not properly designed, so many edges of the furnitures are dangerous. My friends 3 year old daughters head broke. Horrible that there is no proper first aid available in the hotel. 10. My above review is based on 3 rooms i have booked from 31st october to 2nd november.

Stayed for 1 night. Booked through make my trip. Ambience was excellent. Restaurant food was very good. Multi cuisine. Room stay was also very good. Pleasant stay with family.
