The location of the hotel is good. Our room was Nr 210 - so called “Deluxe Room”, the highest category except the suites. The room was dark, dirty, with carpet, torn curtain etc., the room had a real lock with only 1 key. Old looking small bathroom with plastic shower curtain. The SPA needs refurbishment. Breakfast Buffet: 45 Min before end of breakfast-time there were no more fried eggs, no fruits, no yoghurt etc. We would never go there anymore. Room 210 was anything but „Deluxe“. There are other, clearly better hotels in Kuressaare.

Rather modest hotel, which would need some face lifting soon. It is ok if you do not expect too much. Spa is small where nothing is not fancy, but just a pool and simples saunas. Biggest disappointment is the breakfast. Nothing really fresh and even the coffee is not tasty. Somehow the ambitious level is very low in all aspects.

Very outdated and dirty! I have experiences the worst stay for this money. I have booked Opera Suite for four nights in the end of December 2023. In my suite all possible elements that could be broken were actually broken. Suite was very dirty and dusty. The couch was broken and bleached by previous visitors. The lamps were not working, picture frame of beloved opera singers broken, curtains have seen it all during last 20 years of this hotel. The room was very dirty, outdated, technically in very bad condition. Spa area was also very worn out and seems to be very dirty as well. This hotel dedinetely can't compete with with other hotel because of its poor household. The stay was awful. I could manage staying there for one night only. Seems that the hotel is not having beat financial times and my booking wasn't refunded.

Good location and nice garden and ambience. Rooms not so great. Quite small, strangely furnished (would prefer somewhere to lay my suitcase over a desk and two chairs), aircon noisy but no cooling and windows can’t be opened. Spa area quite nice, but small, so best enjoyed when there aren’t that many people.

Ein Hallo oder ein Willkommen bei der Ankunft gehört anscheinend nicht zum Service. Es scheint sich seit 2019 nichts verbessert zu haben. Die Handtücher sind zum Teil immer noch in einem desolaten Zustand. Der Teppich im Zimmer gehört wohl zu den ältesten in der Stadt (überall deutlich sichtbare Flecken). Vom Aussehen wollen wir gar nicht sprechen. Die Sauberkeit der TV Fernbedienung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Abgestandene Luft in Korridor und Zimmer. Durchgelegenes Bett. Auf unserer Reise war es das zehnte Hotel, wir können vergleichen, es ist bislang das schlechteste Hotel.

Despite being a small family business, they are very inflexible. My stay there became inconvenient for me because of ruls of cancellation and caused unnecessary expenses for me. Pay close attention to the rules!

Nice place in the centre of Kuresare. Close to the castle and in the very heart of the city. Friendly and supporting personnel. Tasty breakfast and good restaurant. I enjoyed SPA procedures. That was an excellent experience!

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. The superior room is small and basic. The pool area is small and there is too much chloride used (even soap and water didn’t get the smell off the skin). The service is average - no one informed us that on week days the breakfast ends early and we didn’t get any breakfast. They forgot to give us the paper where we should have made the selection of what we want to eat.

I got email, that spa is not included to my booked room, if I know it, i will not book this hotel. But hotel is clean and nice, in the city center. There was very nice breakfast, they prepare all what I wanted, asked in the evening.
