The hotel is located 2.7 kilometers from the ski resort, and there is a special car to and from the ski resort. The hotel service is great. Not far from HIRAFU Welcome Center, it takes more than 10 minutes by car to reach the hotel. We first contacted the hotel by email and asked them to send a car to pick us up at the Welcome Center (and then asked them to drive us to Kutchan Station).
There are very few rooms in the hotel, so there is no need to wait for check-in, check-out and breakfast. Every staff member is very friendly and polite. 
The safety bath in the room is first-class, and it is very comfortable for two adults plus one and two children. You can see Mount Yotei from the room, living room and dining room, which is very beautiful. However, it snowed heavily during the two days we were here, so we didn't have much time to see the mountain view.
