Hotel Gran Ms Kyoto

The hygiene is average. I found hair and small insect shells on the bed on the first day. I slept on my own bath towel. The network is open. One day I needed a stable network, so I borrowed a wifi machine from the front desk. The front desk service is very good. They also sell one-day subway and bus tickets (you don’t have to buy them at Kyoto Station). The air conditioner can’t adjust the temperature, but you can turn it on and off by yourself, which is adjustable. The window of the room I stayed in was half covered with film, probably for privacy. But the location is really good. It’s very convenient to go anywhere. The wagyu beef next to it is delicious and shopping is also very convenient. Overall, it is very suitable for a single person to travel. It is very cost-effective.

It was a shame that I could hear the conversations and sneezing from the next room. The service was very good. I was given some sweets because it was Christmas. Thank you very much.
