我們是定了這家民宿3天，第一天大概晚上7點到達，一開門房間一股黴臭味，非常潮濕悶熱，敢緊打開所有空調。這時，問題出現了。樓上一個雙人間空調一直無法制冷，到晚上8點室內温度都還是30度。我只有郵件聯繫民宿客服，她們在攜程平台是不回覆的，前面的留言也是日文。她們6點以後感覺就下班了，也不回覆郵件，無奈，我只有聯繫攜程客服，這點攜程就非常好，隨時都在線，及時幫忙處理問題。通過攜程，民宿這邊終於回話了，她通過郵件把空調遙控説明書發給我，到目前為止，她們都沒有覺得是他們的問題，而是我不會操作空調，樓上樓下5個空調，我都開了，我還不會操作嗎？好吧，你認為我不會操作我就再學習一下吧。***，我只有出大招，把電源，重新插上，感覺有點涼風了，這時已經10點了，期間我也抱着不要麻煩別人，能用就行的態度告訴了攜程，空調開始製冷了，太累了，想睡。但是，半小時過後，房間温度還是28度。無奈，又麻煩攜程，通知民宿，明天來檢查空調，我們暫時在樓下客廳打地鋪。
第二天，攜程和民宿都告知我確實是空調壞了，需要維修。好吧，修，能在我們回民宿之前修好都可以。但是，到下午，民宿告知我空調無法修好，就沒有然後了。當時我很無語。我要求她們給出解決辦法，也沒用正面回覆。我就只有聯繫攜程，提出我的要求：1、必須賠償我無法住雙人間的損失。2、我們睡的地鋪墊子太薄了，能不能再給兩個墊子加厚一點。結果，酒店一個條件都沒有答應，直接拒絕了。
我當時問攜程，我就沒辦法了嗎？攜程她們也很無奈，最後，由攜程賠償給我600元，你民宿給我的是兩個標間，一個三人榻榻米房。我一個標間無法入住，被迫住客廳地鋪，你酒店沒有一點責任嗎？你是不是覺得我能睡，你們就沒有責任了。你們的服務就是這樣的嗎？你們不內疚嗎？
還有一點，我覺得你們真不像是該有日本的服務品質，我家小朋友在環球影城買的一個毛絨玩具和我的一個洗漱包遺漏在民宿了，我聯繫民宿，她們説有一個包和玩具，因為我們還要在日本待幾天，就讓民宿幫忙寄到我最後一家酒店，運費到付。最後一天我收到了包裹，打開是一個玩具和一個我朋友扔掉的破包。並不是我的洗漱包。我的洗漱包很大，裏面有我400多元的徠芬電動牙刷，我還貼心的帶着充電線。還有便攜沖牙器，一個400多元的魚躍按摩儀，還有些小電器。這麼大一個包，居然給我説沒看見，沒有遺留在民宿。我清楚的記得去，因為是小朋友最後一個要刷牙，我就再也沒有進衞生間檢查，我們離開民宿到下一個酒店入住期間我就沒開過行李箱。居然你們説沒有看見。你們的服務態度太差了，真不推薦這家民宿。
