Very pleased with the level of care put into this hostel. All rooms are extremely clean, and the beds are comfortable and quiet. Despite the rooms holding up to around 15-20 people, it is extremely quiet and the bed pods are dark. Shower area was extremely clean and we were provided fresh towels every day. There is a comfortable sitting area with free coffee and access to Netflix. We had a very comfortable stay here and I would come back !

To be honest, the room is quite small, but the location is very good. It is very convenient for shopping around. There is a large shopping mall Life next to it. The front desk can speak Chinese. If you go shopping, it is really convenient to stay in this room. The Jin market is also Next door, I highly recommend the restaurant on the market alley to eat beef.

This hotel is located right near the intersection of Shijo Horikawa. I checked in at midnight, but the front desk was kind and I was able to respond without a disgusting face. You will need to change trains once, but you can also go to Nanzenji Temple and Ginkakuji Temple. The water in the bathroom is very weak and bathing takes a long time, which is very unpleasant. However, there is a bus stop near this hotel. It is very convenient to go to the JR station. The streets nearby are also quiet. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants. There is only a Royal Host Western restaurant. The service is very good and the food is delicious.

I stayed once before the renewal, but at that time it was not a very beautiful room for compliments. I stayed for the first time after the renewal this time, but it was no longer a separate inn. When visiting Kyoto, we wanted to enjoy some time in an onsen resort so we decided to spend two nights in Ogoto Onsen. We would stay here again when we next visit Kyoto.
