Staff lovely - very attentive.
Food good but buffet always cold. Plenty new towels daily in room. Super location for touring/viewing the area. Pool area cleaned daily.

I stayed in the Gran in November no Irish tv stations on and English stations just work intermittently. This stay tv the same useless. We were asked for ten euro per day to park a car and park practically empty. Two euro per day for safe key. Use of safe in any hotel is free. The bath and hand towels were an absolute disgrace. The towels had holes in them and the sides all frayed with material strings hanging from them. When I complained they apologised and next day’s towels were exactly the same. I informed them that we woul never stay again.

The best part of hotel is the Location. The hotel is DEFINITELY not a 4star . Maybe 2/3star . The rooms are dated and the bathroom needs completely ripping out. The towels are very small and threadbare. Beds are ok to be fair pillows very comfortable. The corridors in the hotel are a trip hazard, carpets are extremely worn and sticking up. Facilities are ok but booking for all inclusive should mean that … you have to pay for a safe key and to visit the Roof Top bar and certain drinks… Hotel in my opinion is expensive compared to other hotels we’ve visited. We found the Staff very pleasant overall . The food was always cold and very poor . Omlette station had no choice of fillings just Plain lol. Fried eggs left on side for too long so again cold. WILL NOT BE RETURNING OR RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL

The hotel is more like a 2 star. Corridors filthy,carpet worn out and cut up. Rooms average. Shower mould on ceiling and about to fall through. Towels like sand paper. Restaurant area extremely depressing and no atmosphere. Pool beds worn out and collapsing. Would not stay again.

The best part of this hotel is its location: at the beach and a short walk to the town center with all its restaurants. The rooms look old and tired and could benefit from an update. The walls were dirty and the floor was sagging. The towels are small and threadbare and one of ours even had a hole. The sheet on the bed was so small that it kept getting undone, showing all the holes in the mattress protector. As in many hotels in this area, only a kettle and tea bags, no coffee in the room. The partial sea view we booked could only be seen when looking around the enclosure of the terrace. Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Would not come back and cannot recommend.

De kamers zijn prima en de bediening was erg vriendelijk. De bedden bij het zwembad waren oud en er was keiharde muziek bij het zwembad, dus zijn wij aan het strand gaan liggen waar de bedjes betaald moesten worden €7,50 pp was dus niet inclusief. Het eten was niet goed. Ontbijt en lunch ging nog wel maar het avondeten was niet best. Veel van het eten was koud. En het restaurant zit in een soort van kelder en is niet gezellig en totaal niet sfeervol. Wij hadden all inclusive geboekt maar na de eerste avond daar te hebben gegeten hebben we de andere avonden in het stadje gegeten. Op het dakterras aan het strand telt all inclusive ook weer niet daar krijg je 25% korting op de prijs. Al met al een leuke vakantie gehad maar dat was niet de verdienste van het hotel.
