La chambre d'hôte n'est pas forcement facile à trouver et elle se situe dans une rue piétonne, donc impossible de se garer au pied de l'immeuble. Il y a un numéro sur la porte à appeler et ensuite c'est au premier étage. Il n'y a pas d’accueil, vous rentrez et ensuite vous allez dans la chambre dont vous avez le numéro, les clefs vous attendent sur la table. La chambre et l'ensemble de cet "hôtel" est très propre, il y a une climatisation individuelle, un mini frigo, le nécessaire de toilette (serviettes, savon, shampoing), télévision et de quoi faire un café dans l'entrée. Le ménage est fait tous les jours Vous êtes à 5 minutes du centre historique de La Spezia, le marché couvert est la rue juste derrière, pratique pour le petit déjeuner, il y a des dizaines de restaurant tout autour. Le port ou la gare pour les Cinque Terre est à 10/15 minutes de marche et pour vous garer gratuitement, il y a plusieurs zone à environ 10/15 minutes à pied (vers l'arsenal, la place d'arme, ou le port). L’hôtel est légèrement bruyant car il y a plusieurs restaurant dans la rue, mais vers 11h00 / minuit cela se calme et c'est très calme le matin aussi. Voilà, donc si vous avez l'habitude de voyager et que vous chercher "juste" un endroit pour dormir et vivre la Dolce Vità à l'italienne, c'est parfait. Si vous cherchez un hôtel plus "conventionnel' c'est pas l'endroit

The accommodation is perfect, comfortable and very clean. The unbeatable location, very central, surrounded by restaurants and a stone's throw from the train station. Marco's treatment was great. I would repeat without a doubt.

Good location with welcoming person and giving advice for our stay

The room is large but poorly soundproofed. You can hear the noise of the rooms below until late at night and in the morning the ringing of the nearby bell will inevitably wake you up at 7.00 sharp. Even the internal doors are poorly soundproofed towards the entrance which is on the first floor (without lift). The positive aspects are the central area, the relative proximity to free parking (a rarity on the western Riviera) and a good welcome from the owner which, however, are not enough to erase the lack of rest. Invest more in soundproofing
