Great stay, great location, great staff.
Excellent location in Laon. Husband and wife staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. We'd hoped to dine on site for our evening meal. Their restaurant was closed and they found us an alternative restaurant and made a dinner reservation for us. I was recovering from a cold and the owner prepared me a hot lemon honey and ginger drink to have before I went to bed. Even made me one the following morning. To some the hotel may feel dated, but out group of 8 loved the sense of history the hotel had. The building has heritage status and should I ever find myself back in Laon, I would definitely stay here again.

Accueil excellent. WIFI déplorable
Très bon accueil à la réception. Par contre pas de réseau 4G pour bouygues et Free. Le WIFI est déplorable. Presque pas moyen de se connecter.

Patron aussi aimable qu'une porte de prison !! Hôtel vieillot !Mérite une rénovation complète !! La porte de la chambre ne se ferme pas !! Prises de courant défectueuses ! Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain !!Pas trop propre, ne mérite même pas 1 étoile !! À fuir absolument !!!

Hotellets alder matcher interiør
Meget imødekommende personale. Søde og rare.
Hotellets værelser og adgang der til fremstår og er enormt slidt. Det er et gammelt hotel, og det ses tydeligt. Dørene til værelserne kunne næsten ikke låses. Det var gamle “kommodenøgler”og løse håndtag. Nusset og beskidt på værelset. Især under vinduerne hvor “væskesprøjt” var alle steder.
Badeværelset er umådelig småt. Wc’et stod løst og det var faktisk svært at komme til. Man skal ikke være højere end 175cm, så bliver man udfordret i siddende stilling.
Det samme er sig gældende i bruseren/badekar.
Morgenmad er 12euro pr mand. I forhold til udvalg havde den lokale bager og en pakke smør gjort det samme. Vi synes det var ærgerlige penge.

Excellent stay
After a long bike ride, my stay here was an absolute blessing. Early check in, a chance to recover and an excellent meal in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff

Pas terrible !
Hôtel vieillot, chambres petites et à rafraichir, ménage assez moyennement réalisé, petit-déjeuner avec buffet très limité pour le prix mais personnel à l'accueil très aimable
