Good value for money, but be aware that it's a very basic apartment hotel with small kitchen and thin walls, windows and doors. Neighbors can also be heard through the echoing courtyards. Room was not ready on time.

The apartment block entrance way doesn't look appealing but the hallway is very modern. Some rooms i believe have been renovated but mine room 103 was a bit jaded in the kitchen and mixed tiles were used in the bathroom. The location is great for cafes and snack bars, a long walkway straight outside. My room had a small balcony where you could hang washing, there are 2 laundrettes just a few yards away. You can just see the sea from the balcony which is moments away. There is a very wide promenade for about a mile along the broad beach. The kitchen had two sets of plates, cups and bowls and cutlery. The hotplate is modern and heats up extremely quickly. There is a good sized fridge but mine was dripping onto the floor as it was iced up. The receptionist is nice but only speaks Spanish but was able to help me with my taxi back to the Airport. I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 nights there and would stay there again. There is some street noise during the night especially on Friday. There is a wall mounted colour TV in front of the two single beds.

We found the location a valid one, staff and services were very appricieted and this urged us to request an attention for our possible next stay. I'll say as compared to many other solutions i've used to be price/quality very intresting. Will surely use this place next time I have to make a trip to Gran Canaria.

It's pretty basic. The room we had overlooked a patio of lights. There was no dishwasher Parking in the area is impossible, not even in a regulated area, the parking lots are an odyssey, you can't even stop to leave your suitcases.

The location is perfect and central but the apartment is quite tatty and old

Checked in yesterday with my friend for 3 days. Ignore all the bad reviews. Look it’s not 5 star, but if you want 5 star prices then go to a 5 star hotel and pay 5 star prices. Checked in, was lovely. Receptionist was friendly and let us check in early. Took our passports, showed us where to go. Met with cleaners, who were friendly and welcoming. Got to our room and pleasantly surprised and this due to all the negative reviews. 2 single beds and a room with a couch and tv. There was everything you need. Microwave, fridge and kitchen utensils. Bed were comfy and got a great nights sleep. Shower nice and hot, never went cold. Apartments right in the centre. 2 mins walk to beach. Loads of shops and bars on your doorstep. There’s also a hob, frying pan, pots, glasses plates if you want to cook and a table to sit at. We go home and Monday and would definitely return. Please ignore the negative reviews. Apartments are great and have a balcony which get the sun. There’s also legs to dry your clothes. Overall great visit. Oh also reception open 24 hours. Think they lock door at 10, but receptionist there to let you in. No issues.
